Let's get Started!!

Registration for Let's get Started!, closes at 5 pm. tomorrow and there is room for only one more quilter, don't miss out on this fantastic beginner/refresher course that will make every single quilt you do easier. Those lucky quilters who have already joined this course are busy choosing fabrics and preparing to bring all their fun supplies. Tuesday is our handstitchers club meeting, and we will be concentrating on ergonomic hand quilting. Please bring a marked and basted project, a hoop and thimble, betweens needles, hand quilting thread and small snips. I love this process and know that you will too. Now that the weather will be getting cooler at night, it is time to rock stitch and stay cosy.

Lastly, but not least, A reminder of the First Dutchess Heritage Quilt Show. We will be there vending, with two new thread lines, some new books and several show special deals. Be sure to stop by our booth. Because we will be there, we will be closed on October 8. I am still looking for a vehicle to help transport goods home on Sunday. Please let us know if you can help.
