Egg-stravaganza!!

Due to Easter, the Crazy Quilt Club will meet on the 29th rather than the 22nd. They are doing wonderful things, and I urge you to get involved. All our clubs are fun and I know that we have one you will love. Beside Crazy Quilt, we have handstitchers, Our Art Quilt Forum, and a Block of the month. You may not know that our classroom is available during store hours for use. Just call ahead to be sure that the space is not too crowded. (If someone is basting a big quilt, the tables will be pretty full.)

Tonight, We have the Raised Embroidery lamb. There is room if you still want to join us for this. We also have Hand Quilting coming, the new dates are April 3 & 17 at 6:30. It is important to learn the most ergonomic way to hand quilt, You can prevent carpal tunnel and arthritis aggravations simply, if you know how. It will also make your stitches better and you will quilt more quickly.

The Peach Basket workshop has been moved. It will be on April 23, from 10-3, with an hour lunch break. (Lots of local places to get lunch or borrow our fridge if you want to brown bag it) This is the most useful sewing basket ever, and yes we have the baskets. I have made several, come on in and check them out.

Our Photo of the Blended quilt does not do it justice. It is stunning and we have several possible center panels at the Shoppe. There is also a pieced block that you may use in the center. Either way we will help you with the fabric selection so you can achieve the blended look in your piece.

This Saturday we will have our "egg"-stravaganza!! When you are ready to check out on Saturday, you can choose an egg. The discount you receive on you entire purchase will be determined by the color of the jelly bean inside your plastic egg. Discounts will range from 5% up to 35%. And yes we will be open regular hours on Friday and Saturday. Happy spring!
