Saturday Special

Well the biggest news for VFS this week is the launch of our brand new website!!! Go to http://www.villagefabricshoppe.com/ to check it out. The full current schedule is posted there. Please bookmark it so you can refer to it as needed. Don't forget the Red work Demo at 11 am, this Saturday. In honor of it, selected Red and White Fabrics are 10% off as the special.

Please call and register if you wish to take the Crochet Mats Workshop on Thursday, from 6:30-9:30.

We also received several lovely blenders cottons that will support and complete the more showy focus fabrics that we love. Classic design and just the smallest touch of metallic accents make them so versatile you will want to add them all to your stash. That is one of them in the background of the photo.

The large size (10/14") Morgan Hoops are in, as are new copies of the Embroidered Mini Quilt book, and Rustic Winter. Rustic Winter is a wonderful Wool Felt and embroidery project. Our workshop is on December 1 from 10-1, We have wool felt packs that will give you enough wool to make all nine designs. Pictured are two of the designs, one finished as an ornament, one as a pincushion, and one of the wool felt packs.

We have a new holiday program this year for those of you who are tired of getting clothes you don't like and that don't fit. We now keep holiday wish lists on file for you. Simply fill out the page and we will have it on file for you to add to it as you like. List book titles, fabrics (and yardages if you want) , equipment and accessories, then on one of two special days in December, we will have Wish List shopping days. On these special days your friends and family can come in and purchase exactly the items you want at a discount. We even have a Holiday card you can give them letting them know you have a few things you would like at the Village Fabric Shoppe. (Nothing like leaving a subtle hint!)

Lastly a reminder that we will be closed for Thanksgiving, November 22-24.
