The Show was a success. There were many outstanding quilts and much inspiration to be gained. Here are a few photos. Admittedly, there were some big winners that I just didn't get to snap, but if you go to the First dutchess website in the next week or so they will all be posted. These are some of my favorites. This one is Garden Visitations by Sally Hargrave. She started this, her first applique in our handstitchers club. This beautiful quilt also won the Vendors Choice award. The top two are from Vintage Stitches, our block of the month in 2006, done by Claire Boisonneau and Elizabeth Kraayenbrink.
